Bookings and client account: first and last name, email, phone, language, appointment history, message left when booking, consents.

Payment: cards are stored and processed by Stripe; we only keep the brand, the last 4 digits and the payment status.

Health: where applicable, answers to the questionnaire required before some treatments (sensitive data), accessed only by the treatment team and management.

Contact: information sent via the form or by email.

Browsing: technical data needed to run the site (IP address in server logs, session cookies when you are signed in).

Managing your appointments and account, sending confirmations and reminders, guaranteeing bookings, ensuring treatment safety, keeping our accounts and, only if you agreed, sending you our news and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).

We use service providers who process data on our behalf:

Supabase — database and sign-in, hosted in Zurich (Switzerland)

Vercel — website hosting (United States / Europe)

Stripe — payments and card guarantee (Ireland / United States)

Resend — booking emails (United States)

Google — map on the Contact page and, with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads (United States / Ireland)

Meta Platforms — with your consent, Meta Pixel (Ireland / United States)

Where data is transferred outside Switzerland, transfers rely on an adequacy decision (including the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

Necessary (always on): sign-in session for the client area and back-office, remembering your cookie choices (6 months).

Analytics (with your consent): Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used.

Advertising (with your consent): Google Ads and Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram), to measure our campaigns and show you relevant content.

Without your consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are set (Google Consent Mode: only anonymous, cookieless signals are sent). You can change your choices at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Account data is kept while the account is active, then deleted or anonymised on request. Accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by the Swiss Code of Obligations.

You can at any time request access to your data, its correction, deletion or a copy of it, and object to its use for marketing, by writing to info@curatechstudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), edoeb.admin.ch.
