Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all services (treatments, Pilates and yoga sessions, drinks) and to all products, packages and gift cards offered by Cura Tech Studio (LUXCELLENCE AGENCY Sàrl), in the studio and online. Any booking or purchase implies acceptance of these terms. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Services and prices are listed on the Treatments & prices page. Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of booking. Prices marked “from” depend on the area treated or the protocol chosen and are confirmed at the studio before the treatment.

Our treatments are non-medical wellness and beauty treatments. Effects vary from person to person and no result can be guaranteed.

Appointments can be booked online, by phone or at the studio. Online bookings are confirmed by email; this message contains a personal link to reschedule or cancel the appointment.

Name, email and phone number are required so we can reach you about your appointment.

For some online bookings, a payment card is requested as a guarantee. Nothing is charged at the time of booking: the card is stored securely by our payment provider Stripe, and Cura Tech Studio never has access to the full card number.

The card may only be charged the fees set out in section 5, in the event of late cancellation or no-show.

Up to 24 hours before the appointment: free cancellation or rescheduling, online via the link received by email or by phone.

Less than 24 hours before the appointment: a fee of 50% of the service price may be charged.

No-show without notice: a fee of 100% of the service price may be charged.

If you arrive late, the treatment may be shortened so that following appointments are not delayed; the full price remains due. If Cura Tech Studio has to cancel an appointment, we will offer you a new date free of charge.

Services are paid at the studio on the day of the appointment, by card or any other payment method accepted at the studio. Online purchases (packages, gift cards, products) are paid when ordering via Stripe.

Packages and gift cards are personal or transferable depending on their type, and can be used during the validity period stated at purchase. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. Sessions of a package not used by the expiry date are forfeited, unless agreed otherwise by the studio.

Before any treatment, clients must inform the studio of anything that may be a contraindication (pregnancy, ongoing medical treatment, skin condition, implant, illness, etc.). A questionnaire may be requested. Cura Tech Studio reserves the right to refuse or adapt a treatment where a person's safety requires it; in that case no cancellation fee is charged.

Mirror Pilates stations are self-service and used according to the instructions displayed and given by our team. Everyone practises at their own risk and according to their physical condition. Private classes and events with our partner coaches are available by invitation or by booking with the studio.

Cura Tech Studio accepts no liability for the loss or theft of personal belongings at the studio, or for any damage resulting from incomplete or inaccurate health information or failure to follow the instructions given.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction: Geneva.
